If a subscription renewal has already been processed, access to Guardian Jem will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with the relevant app store provider’s policies.

Can Business Contracts Be Cancelled Anytime?

No. Organisational deployments are typically provided under fixed-term commercial agreements, usually for a minimum 12-month term following a successful pilot and formal onboarding.
